Please contact us via email and specify the reason for the money refund. We’ll look into your situation and return the funds to you.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is not as described

All returns will be reviewed to ensure that the above conditions have been met. We reserve the right not to give a refund if the goods do not satisfy the mentioned conditions.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please note that we will not give a refund without the aforementioned proof of purchase.

Shipping Items

You must first contact us in order to return an order. In addition, we normally repay the cost of sending the goods. Attach a pre-paid return mailing label to the package and mail it to the shipping label’s address. You won’t have to pay anything for shipping. You must ensure that the goods are appropriately packaged so that they are not damaged during transportation. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods is discovered to be damaged or used beyond what is required for us to reasonably assess it.
