Marwan Al Shaqab Horse

The sand casted statue depicts the majestic Arabian horse a symbol of grace, stamina, and passion inextricably linked to Qatar’s rich heritage and culture. The statue was created as part of the flagship project titled Born from the sand and the envisions to develop innovative industrial applications of sand mined in Qatar.

It reflects its originality as an art piece through its amalgamation of various research activities, and as such, reflects this.
